So your married! And its lovely! And the traditionalist that you are (after going for the 300 guests, the big white dress, an alter full of flowers, and four bridesmaids!) is stumped as to what to get the other half as an anniversary gift. I hear ya. We celebrated anniversary no.1¬† over the summer, and are not in any way traditional – I got him a pair of binoculars (so he could “look forward” to our future together – love a pun, me!) and he got me a voucher… technically, his was traditional – as it was paper (well, a plastic card, in a paper envelope). But for those of you struggling, here’s a handy list of the years, and the “traditional” gift associated with the years – roll on years 25 on – I d love a bit of bling! …Although I think its perfectly acceptable for him to get me a chain, in a cotton pouch next year, or a pair of earrings, but in a leather box for anniversary no. 3. ūüėČ
